La Chablisienne

Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne unites nearly 250 passionate winegrowers whose collective expertise has shaped the identity of Chablis for more than a century.

Rooted in the region's unique Kimmeridgian soils, rich in fossilised marine sediments, the cooperative is renowned for producing wines that reflect the purity, freshness and distinctive minerality for which Chablis is celebrated worldwide.

Combining meticulous vineyard management with precise winemaking, La Chablisienne works to reveal the individual character of every site and vintage. Each year, the House crafts around forty wines spanning the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations, offering an exceptional expression of Burgundy's most famous white wine region.

At the pinnacle of the range stands Château Grenouilles, one of Chablis' most prestigious Grand Cru wines. Elegant, complex and capable of remarkable ageing, it embodies the precision, heritage and expertise that define La Chablisienne today.
