You can place your orders online, 24 hours a day using our online ordering service. Login here to do exactly that.

Alternatively our contact centre teams are all fully trained to take your orders, offer advice and manage any queries from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm on the phone or by email. We can also work customers to implement Electronic Data Interchanges with other systems.

We deliver nationwide across the UK through our dedicated distribution network, supplying venues from Penzance to Aberdeen, including major cities such as Bristol, London, Liverpool, Edinburgh and beyond. With regional depots located throughout the UK and our own fleet of delivery vehicles, we manage the entire delivery process in-house, helping to ensure reliable, on-time and in-full deliveries to hospitality businesses across the country.

Every customer is allocated a regular delivery day, providing a dependable service backed by one of the UK's most extensive drinks supply chains. Our nationwide network enables us to efficiently deliver a comprehensive range of wines, beers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks to venues of all sizes.

Our customers receive new promotions every month. There are fantastic offers on well renowned global brands, as well as some of our exclusive On-Trade wines. Our monthly promotions are available at once you login and inside our regular monthly emails and brochures delivered directly to your door. They feature market-leading deals across our range of wines, Champagnes, spirits, beers, ciders and soft drinks.

Once your order is placed, you'll get an automatic email confirmation. This is an acknowledgement that your order has been received.

A further email will be sent confirming the order has been processed.

Minimum order values vary by customer and are agreed when you join us, based on factors such as order volume and delivery frequency. Your assigned minimum order value will be confirmed during account setup. If you need support, please speak to your account manager.

When you join Matthew Clark Bibendum you will be set up with 1 or more delivery dates, orders must be placed before your cut off time the day before to be delivered on the agreed day.
